The short version
This notice explains what happens to your data when you visit Firescatters coverage on this portal – not what the operator itself does with data once you register on its own platform. We are an independent information site, not the casino, and this policy covers our own handling of visitor information only. Our lawful basis for most of this is legitimate interest – running and improving an information site – and, where a form is submitted, the fact that you've taken a clear step to contact us. Cookie-based analytics and advertising rely on your consent, given through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Processors and transfers
Where we use third-party tools – hosting, analytics, or advertising services – those providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments, and only for the purposes described here. We don't hand data to the operator, and we don't share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Exercising your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to see what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how it's used, receive a copy in a portable format, or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time without it affecting anything you've already done on the site.

How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up. Technical and analytics data is generally retained in aggregated or anonymised form after a shorter period, once it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Under-18s
This site, and the gambling content on it, is intended for adults aged 18+ only. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we become aware that we have, we'll delete it.
